Boutique Party Info

Interested in having a boutique trunk show by The Sassy FactoryTM?  Here’s some general info:

Busy?  Missing some of your girl friends?  Perhaps you should think about hosting a purse & jewelry boutique party!  Our shindigs are a fun, chic and very easy way to get the girls together.  Not just for a drink and some chit chat, but you also get to play dress up with the latest in fashion accessories!

  • There are no demonstrations.  Nothing required for you to purchase or minimum total sales for you to earn hostess credit.  You earn free hostess credit just for having the party!
  • You do not need to place orders at the party and wait for your treasures to arrive.  Everything brought to the party is available for purchase.
  • Yes, we do office parties, home parties & now fundraisers too!  (For large fundraisers, we do require at least 2 weeks notice.)

Just a couple of helpful hints for our hostesses:

  • Check your calendar to be certain of your party date.  Let us know what date you have in mind and we will email you a guest list form.  You simply fill out the form completely and we will send out your invites for you!  We will also email you an invitation that you can personalize and email out to your friends and family.  We will email out a reminder, and give you some extra invites to pass along to anyone you may have forgotten or don't have contact info for. 
  • We suggest inviting at least 20-40 of your neighbors, friends, colleagues and family.  Typically well over 1/2 of the people invited will have something come up or already planned.  We do require an attendance of 15 people at our boutique gatherings to ensure you have a fantastic party!  You can also call & remind everyone a couple of days before.  Remember the more people, the more credit you get to shop with!  : )
  • Our parties typically last for 2 hours.  When scheduling yours, keep in mind work hours and holidays. 
  • Our purses, accessories and sunglasses are not illegal knock-offs.  Though we do carry some “designer inspired” handbags and jewelry, none of our products have any fake stamps or tags.  Our products do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.  You can rest easy that you are not having an “underground” type of purse party, you are hosting a Sassy FactoryTM party!
  • Not only will you receive hostess credit for your party, but should anyone from your party schedule a party from yours, you will get a goodie for that also!
  • We don’t require anything special, just a lot of space to set out our purses and a table or counter area for the jewelry and other fab finds! 

We can also try to tailor our boutique for your party.  You may request that we bring lots of tutus or let us know if you really love the jewelry, perhaps you need a diaper cake… simply order it and we will deliver it to the party!  At The Sassy FactoryTM, we really do try to make life a tad easier!  We want you to relax and enjoy your party!

When will my custom order be ready? TOP

Your custom tutu or diaper cake is hand-made upon receiving your order.  Please allow 5-7 days prior to shipping.  For local delivery or special arrangements to meet an important date, please contact us.  We would be happy to try to help!

Are your tutus, diaper cakes & purses available wholesale? TOP
We do not have a wholesale section on this web site at this time.  If you are interested in wholesale information, please contact us by email or phone and we would be happy to chat with you further. 

I heard you do fundraising, is that true? TOP
Yes, we now do fundraising in addition to home & office parties!  Having us involved in your fundraising efforts is incredibly rewarding.  We have a couple of different options available to you.  Fundraising with The Sassy FactoryTM   is easy, fun & just a great way to raise money for your team sport, school or charity!  Contact us for more information on how you can earn more with our fundraiser program.

Do you offer large quantity corporate gifts or gift baskets? TOP
Absolutely!  One of our favorite things is to add some "pop" into the corporate world!  In fact, that's how we started!  Gift baskets were all we did a couple of years ago from independent Realtors to large scale corporations, we have made gift baskets exciting again!  We can do anything from a small trinket to a grand gesture and multiples of the same style as well.  Simply contact us and we'll help you say what you want to say with our tasteful creations!  Visit here to see some of the companies we've done gifts for!

Privacy Policy
Factory AvenueTM considers your information private and as such, we will not distribute, sell or lease your information for any reason to any third party without your prior consent.  On occasion we may use your information to contact you personally with Factory AvenueTM information or promotional events.  We may also offer special promotions to those who have received gifts from us.  **Factory AvenueTM is the parent company for The Sassy FactoryTM and occasionally you may receive offers via email or postal mail for either company and it's subsidiaries.  Should you decide you no longer wish to participate in these offerings, please contact us, and your name will be removed from our contact list.
Substitutions
We are always on the look out for new and exciting products to offer.  Should an item be replaced with a new treasure we have found or an existing item is out of stock, we reserve the right to make substitutions.  Any substitution made will always be of equal or greater value.  Additionally, during the warm Summer months, gifts containing a large amount of chocolate will need to be shipped overnight.  Gifts containing small amounts of chocolate will have the chocolates substituted with temperature-friendly additions.
Security
Our site uses Security Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt your personal information allowing you to enjoy a safe and worry free shopping experience.
Delivery
We offer hand delivery to the Greater Denver Metro area.  Pricing varies by location of the recipient.  We can only guarantee same day hand delivery if the order is placed by 10:00 am.  Please call or email us with the zip code or cross streets of the delivery destination so that we may give you an accurate delivery fee.  Some items may not be available for local delivery.  Should you choose an item for local delivery that must be shipped from another location, we will contact you promptly.  We will either ship that item to you or you can choose another gift that is available for local delivery.  Not all zip codes in the Denver Metro Area may be available for local delivery.  You are welcome to call or email us to see if local delivery is available in your zip code.  If you are charged a shipping fee during checkout that is not the same as your delivery fee, we will adjust the transaction for you.  Please supply a phone number to verify that someone is able to sign for local delivery.  There will be an additional charge in the event we cannot deliver on the first attempt.
We will deliver to hospitals and hotels.  We do ask that you double check to make sure your recipient has not already checked out and will not be checking out the day of delivery.  In the event they checked out prior to our delivery, we will either ship the gift to them or hand deliver it locally to their home for an additional fee.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped the following business day as long as it is in stock and not a custom order, unless you contact us and we make other arrangements.  Many of our gifts are created upon receiving your completed order and may take 3-5 days before shipping.  Depending on the gift that you ordered, your package will arrive via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Your estimated shipping charges will be calculated for you at check out based on size, weight and destination.  Should your actual shipping charges vary, we reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments.  If a change needs to be made, we will notify you immediately.  Should your item be lost or damaged in transit, all packages are fully insured through UPS / FedEx.  Please notify us immediately for damaged or lost items.  At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the USA. 
Please double-check all information you provide to us for accuracy, especially the ship to address and phone number.  We will be charged for incorrect addresses by the shipping company and will have to pass along a charge of $15.00 to you.  In addition, if the package is returned to us due to un-deliverability, you will be charged the return shipping charge as well.  Please make sure the address is correct prior to your order being sent.
We can ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) in most cases.  Please note that there is no delivery confirmation available from USPS and package delivery cannot be guaranteed.  Due to uncertain temperatures and shipping schedules when shipping to a military address, we cannot guarantee the quality of perishable products.  We recommend a non-chocolate choice in this situation.  Please let us know if a gift you are ordering is to be sent to a military address so that we may better calculate shipping charges. 
Returns
Your complete satisfaction is important to us.  We will gladly exchange your unused items due to a manufacturer's defect if notified within 7 days of delivery/purchase.  Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges.  Please save all packaging to help in the process of filing a claim with the shipping company for damages incurred during transit.  Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns on worn or used merchandise. 
All orders will require a 20% restocking fee if canceled after your purchase has been created plus any charges incurred by us for your cancellation.  Any items that have been personalized or are custom cannot be returned.
Payment
At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks, Cash and Paypal.  We will verify your payment method prior to shipping your selection.  For any returned check or credit card denial, there will be a $25.00 fee.
Sales Tax
Factory AvenueTM is located in Colorado.  Sales tax will be charged on all purchases that ship or are delivered to Colorado.
